Non delivery

Paid taxes to UPS on Friday - tracking number 1ZY ********** ********** 3. The person I eventually spoke to and sent proof of payment promised delivery today Monday 2 October. The parcel is still listed as sitting in the warehouse and, as usual, I cannot contact anyone as to why they're not delivering the parcel. So sick and tired if constantly chasing up these *********** couriers who always deliver late and never call or send emails when they need information or payment. Pathetic.
