NO VALUE ADDED - A HINDERANCE RATHER THAN A HELP
I can not fathom the level of poor communication, poor service, and simply useless results. I never chose this company for shipping. In America, they may be great but in South Africa, they are shockingly useless. A 3 to 4 days journey has taken over 10 days and the parcel is still not delivered. I have spent literally hours on hold with UPS - I have yet to speak to anybody there that can get anything done. They are consistently useless. I FEEL LIKE I AM DEALING WITH A GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT and that is the worst comment I can think of.
