NO SERVICE OR REPLIES ON ANY EMAILS

What a useless bunch....2nd time I am importing and battling to get hold of them...missed a call tried phoning back as my parcel arrived in JHB (I am in CT) HOWEVER...TO NO AVAIL...so frustrating to deal with them but this is the CO the exporrter is using....if customs/import duties are nnot paid within a certain period, they send it back...SO WHAT THE.....what to do, this is extremely stressful...sent numerous emails but also TO NO AVAIL...
