No service but the costs escalates

Courier costs have escalated to new heights and the service delivered is wors than ever. UPS made mistakes with our parcels and then you, the client gets the blame and takes them 2 weeks to rectify their mistakes. Meanwhile your business is suffering as the goods can't be supp****. Too many chiefs, too little Indians. The worst part is that it is never the first time. This is my 6 time after warning them what would happen - and they still do it!!!
