No Serivce

Worst service is an understatement, more like no service. Parcel was quick to reach SA and then no service from UPS. For customs no attempt was made to contact me. When calling UPS you get put on hold or they promise to get back to U, which they don't. Now apparently delivery my address cannot be found on their system and they want me to go and collect it in Kempton Park. You as a customer needs to follow up daily on what information UPS needs and what the status is of the parcel is, I would not recommend UPS to anyone.

As a footnote, I used UPS Express with money-back guaranteed. I will be lodging a claim. Lets see how this turn out.
