No response from this company
I have emailed and emailed and emailed
No one has responded to any mails I sent at all
UPS South Africa does not come back on customs fees that are way too high and can verify that
They is *****
Even on Hello Peter I did not get a response
This is pathetic UPS

I had to pay a whopping customs fee
My other order which was almost the same value was not even half of that
Also UPS
Further more, I had sent email after email after email
And No one responded which I think is pathetic
And that means no one cam back to me also when i asked for detailed invoices
My parcel was by UPS for almost 3 weeks and every time I mailed
No response either, no update on it
Good luck if you get a response
I see a one star rating for UPS and I now know why
