No Response from "Managers"

I sent emails with regards to their drivers, who delivers in the Woodstock area, be trained how to say:"PLEASE", when asking clients their name. The customer service consultant forwarded the email to the Cape Town branch, Keith Sparks, but his email gave an out of office. He gave Janine Mentor as an alternative contact. I forwarded the email to her, but to date, no response from her!!!!
