NO REPONSE / POOR SERVICE

I have sent countless mails trying to get feedback on an order - the tracking number does not exist on the system, i have paid the vat and duties i have supp**** my ID number and no matter how many reminders i sent to follow up on delivery i am ignored. Poor service from UPS
