NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO DON'T USE UPS IT'S NIGHTMARE
Calling UPS is worse than calling Sars and don't bother sending emails cause they don't reply. They had requested for documents I sent them 10min later then 2 days I did follow up but the agent didn't even bother opening the email he only submitted when I did follow up and after that I really struggled to get get hold of him. It's almost 2 weeks waiting for a parcel I paid to be delivered in a week but they were very quick in charging me their estimated custom fees which was 50% of the products 😓 NIGHTMARE THIS COMPANY

18 Jul 2024, 16:32I send all the documents last week Wednesday but when I did follow up your employee was not even aware they were there, he promised to submit and do follow up but nothing. Monday, Tuesday,this week I have been trying to call in and do follow up it's felt like I was calling God himself, hrs trying to get through with no luck. On Wednesday I finally got through and thry promised to get back to me they never did, Thursday I called in after hrs of trying I got through to the same lady who again promised to get back to me and I told her it's what she said yesterday but she said I promise, we'll I'm still waiting. Ups is worse than post office service is horrible I've sent more than 10 emails to Donald and support and they couldn't be bothered. YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC
