No interest in your parcel

Extremely disappointed with this company.

I purchased something from a company and they use UPS for deliveries. UPS decided to then contract my delivery to a third party as they don’t have a branch where I live. Needless to say, their lack of assistance to help me is so disappointing. I was promised a Friday delivery and then after following up at near close of day I was told the third party tried to deliver but I was not home? I corrected them and said I worked from home specifically to sign for the parcel. I was told someone would phone me to arrange a new delivery time. We are now in the new week and I’m still waiting for someone to phone me to arrange delivery as that was what UPS told me. I have sent several emails stating the parcel is not delivered and no one responds. UPS does not give a damn about you or your urgent parcel, is what this level of service shows me. I will not use them in my personal capacity and I will also report this poor service to the company I bought from so they can get a better courier company for deliveries.
