No delivery no response to emails and zero feedback
Horrible experience with UPS, I paid priority shipping via amazon and my standard shipping order via DHL arrived quicker with no hassles at all. This package has been sitting with them for over 3 business days and they dont reply to my emails asking where my package is. It was supposed to be delivered monday when they didn’t pitch I had to call and they informed me it will be delivered the next day, then they later changed their story saying they handed it over to another contractor and they think it will be another 3 days but cant be sure, then it was scheduled for delivery today, only to he told at 6pm that its on “hold” they need additional information. What information when you dont bother calling me or replying to emails informing me you need information ??? Even if you had called I went through my phone and called back each number I might have missed, if you need information why dont you email me or respond to any of my numerous emails. I just want my package as this is very frustrating when you get ignored when you piad sooo expensive for shipping!!!
I just got a message from amazon that delivery was attempted at 08:30 Myself and my husband work from home and our estate gate did not contact either of us at all, so what is going on? It says “door or driveway not acceptable” we are at home and we where waiting, so what is this story? As it seems like either the driver didn’t have valid drivers license to enter the estate or its a blatant lie/excuse. What additional information is required??
I just got a message from amazon that delivery was attempted at 08:30 Myself and my husband work from home and our estate gate did not contact either of us at all, so what is going on? I have also received a call from UPS that indicated a “Access Code” is required to enter our estate as communicated by the driver, we live in Midlands estate there is no such thing as a Access Code required in this estate, the driver is supposed to enter by stating the stand number or address which was provided over two weeks ago when order was placed. Amazon was informed yesterday was a “failed delivery attempt” There are camera’s at the property as well as at all booms in and around the estate with footage of all vehicles, we can therefor trace if UPS or any contractor attempted delivery at 08:37 yesterday per communication to Amazon. UPS called me this morning and I was informed the package has not been scheduled for delivery nor was it schedules yesterday, as indicated on their system. The question is if delivery was not scheduled how can there be a “failed attempted delivery”? I am not sure what the issue is with UPS as it seems there are inconsistent stories and/or excuses which are not true. I am now told delivery will be scheduled, who even knows when.
