No Delivery??

I ordered my package over Amazon which was shipped on the 8th of December 2015. On the tracking number it shows that the package arrived at the USPS Facility in Chicago on the 13th of December. That is where it stops.<br> I have tried to contact the customer service which was not helpful as the machine does not recognise my tracking number and you cannot send an email query if you are outside of the US.<br> <br> I was supposed to have received my package by the 11th of January more or less. I am starting to wonder if I will ever receive it.
