No Customer Service Whatsoever

Have been trying to get an invoice for parcel clearance from them for 4 days, operators promise the invoice will be sent, but 4 days later still nothing - have called to follow up every day. The parcel is sitting in RSA waiting for clearance for 5 days already. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced, compared to the brilliant service received regularly by the competition.
