No customer service!!

WOW what shocking service I am recieving from Brian Prince. SHIPMENT NO:5119E4J39WG. The amout is less than R500, 1st I was told it has cleared and will be send as per email. Now this guy is sending me an invoice again. So I asked but it is under R500, and only get the statement: That is instruction from Customs. I ask for explanation as that is not good enough and get: There is no more R500 threshold. I ask then for the regulations where this was published, and get told to go to SARS website. I have all this on email.

Seriously what pathetic service!!!!!

I already spoke with SARS this morning, and the person I spoke to has not heard of this.....so what is going on? ******ing money from people!? I will be taking this matter further.
