Never will deal with UPS ever again!

UPS is the most unreliable and worst shipping services I have ever dealt with. I had scheduled a package to be picked up at 3-5 five o’clock but then never turned up. I then when ahead and called the UPS contact center and upon that I was on hold for about 10 minutes and when someone actually picks up the phone it is this rude and Arrogant lady that thinks she owns the whole of UPS. Then when I asked her when would they be collecting my parcel and she then just rep**** maybe tomorrow. Which I think is absolutely trash as I was selling something and if it didn’t get shipping but today I would have been charged with penalties but then she still sticks to her pervious statement. Further than that this is absolutely trash as I have a job and I took of early today to make sure I was here when they came but no they don’t care. UPS it utter trash and should not be used.
