Never use UPS
They are extremely inefficient in South Africa; they don't answer the phone; leaving you hanging on until you hang up; emails take days; have a shipment from the states still held up - gave the paperwork last week saturday, by thursday they got it sent to customs in the correct format; rep**** again on friday; still no response, no email, nobody picking up the phone. TRUELY SHOCKING.
