Never ship via UPS SCS, please stay away

Please never use UPS for shipping.

My package is 5 days late on a 6 day delivery, I paid what was asked for in shipping costs in excess of R8000 at this point.

It was cleared by customs 5 days ago! yet it is still laying in their warehouse and has been cleared then uncleared by what they claim as a "Clearing agency" 4 TIMES!.

I paid for a service which I did not receive seeing as I still have not received my package, and whats more their customer call center is extremely laughable and borderline asleep at the wheel, please UPS SCS call it quits and let competent companies earn their keep that can actually ship things.

Please call up anybody else for shipping, do not give UPS SCS your money.
