Never Never Never use UPS

You are now telling me that it has dissapeared, no shock there, ****** again I presume. Th elast time I was sent a parcel through you people the same thing happened. Then you've got the cheek to send me another email requesting payment for customs clearance. I don't know how you stay in business

This is an update to my first review. I have been given a different lie sorry as this will be edited out lets call it a fairy tale by 4 different people. 1/ The parcel is still in the UK 2/ The parcel is in Germany, 3/ The parcel is awaiting customs clearance and you need to pay over R1000 4/ your parcel is missing we are investigating. This is the second parcel sent to me from the UK that has never arrived but the stories are remarkably similar. The moral is never never use UPS their staff must be millionaires by now

At least the UK do something about it for their customers which is more than can be said for you lot!!!!!

I have managed to get this person in your office who keeps asking me to pay the duty to show me where my parcel is supposed to be only trouble is it's the wrong parcel different number alltogether is there anyone in your office who actually knows what they are doing. My friend has managed to speak to a lady in your office who may know what they are talking about and once again someone says it hasn't left the UK. If the parcel is actually there and is destroyed the sender, who does a lot of business with UPS, will take his business to someone else. We need to know immediately where this parcel is!!!!!
