Nearly a month and no delivery, UPS = Useless Postal Service

My Shipment has seen more of the world than I ever will. After Leaving China it made its way to Australia via Korea for some R&R. After sitting on the beach for over a week it decided to hitch a ride to Singapore, and would you believe it, back into China. From here Hong Kong looked like a suitable destination, but soon got bored and ended up in Dubai. From Dubai it made its way into JHB where its enjoying another holiday. Although customs fees and duty were paid weeks ago, my shipment is unfortunately being held for customs clearance. (According to tracking it cleared customs ages ago) Now all I receive is scanned at warehouse, waiting for clearance, scanned at warehouse, waiting for clearance........... Blah blah blah....... Agents dont know what is going on, blaming everything on flight availability etc. etc.

I have used DHL, Aramex, Fedex and TNT all recently without issues. Makes you think why UPS cant do the simple things right. Well, nearly a month and shipment just sits in a warehouse in Kempton Park.

Is there anyone at UPS South Africa that can give me an honest answer and sort this mess out? This stuff up is most definitely a UPS problem.
