MOTORCYCLE HELMET TAX

Sent email to UPS Customer service on 31st July 2023, querying a Import and Duty Tax charged on a package imported from US whereas item purchased (motorcycle helmet) carries no duty tax as per SA Government regulation. Customer service directed my query to Brokerage Team and 10 days later I still have not received feedback
