Most useless Courier Company in SA

Never in my life have I ever dealt with such a useless courier company!! I don't know how many emails, eventually resorting to big capital letters, it takes, to get someone from UPS to respond??

This is not the first occasion I have dealt with UPS, and unfortunately it will also not be the last, as this is the carrier our overseas contact uses.

Once someone FINALLY get's back to me, they request information from me stating they cannot clear / deliver without this information. If I had not emailed THEM, would I ever have received the request for information?

Please let me also just point out that one has to email UPS, because you can hold on the line for an average of 15 - 30 Minutes waiting for someone to actually answer your call!!

On the other hand, the gentleman who delivered my last consignment was such a joy to deal with, great smiles and fantastic attitude - which was a pleasant surprise considering he works for such a useless company.

What didn't surprise me though was when he commented that I was not the first customer to complain about the service from the offices..... Just goes to show, doesn't it?!
