More than a month to send a parcel from JHB to Hazyview and they broke it!!!?

This has been the worst, pathetic service I have ever experience in my life. We got send a parcel from France using UPS. What a complete waste of time. It took more than a month for the parcel to leave Johannesburg to Hazyview! I wasted majority of my time phoning UPS ( I am the customer, they should phone me ) just to speak to time wasting operators on the other side. None of my emails were answered.

But yet, they kept on phoning the sender in France and threatening to return the parcel to them?

When the parcel did eventually arrive in Hazyview, it had been opened and broken - ***??? Why can't you treat other people's parcels with respect?

I will never encourage anyone in SA or abroad to use this useless pathetic company. What a disgrace.
