I requested a package to be delivered during lock down to the USA. UPS collected the package as promised but it is still not delivered. When i enquired why I was informed that the package is the unallocated warehouse. after that I was told that if I do not have a permit the package will not be sent. At no stage was I informed that a permit will be needed before the package will be sent. UPS have also deducted a furhter R1000.00 from my account without any explanation or authority. I have requested feedback on the deductions but no one seems to answer. Please also do not try to phone as the phones are silent.... Worst service and feedback ever received.
