Lost parcel, no response, no refund. Trash service!

Placed my order with Daniel Wellington in November 2024. It’s mid January 2025 now and my order is lost and the claim has been open since 31st Dec 2024. There’s absolutely no response or update from either parties and no one is willing to assist in either finding my parcel OR giving me my refund. Absolutely appalling service. Would highly NEVER recommend
