LOST PACKAGES!!!!

13/05/2019 - i had a friend send a birthday package from Washington DC to Miami FL with USPS services, it was sent as priority mail. on the slip it says expected delivery date:Wednesday 15/05/2019 with tracking nr: ********** ********** ********** 4. status shows that the package has been delivered but my partner has not received this package nor did anyone at that address received the package. so if the status says it has been delivered and no one received it where is the package then? this was a birthday present and now its just gone???? i ant to know where this package was delivered!!!!!!!!

i have sent mails and submitted a missing mail report but no one gets back to me. i have called a few times from South Africa, and then i hold for 40 - 53 min and then the line cuts before i can speak to someone. this is really unacceptable and so unprofessional.

further more my partner sent a package with USPS from Miami FL to me Pretoria, South Africa on 16/05/2019 it said that the package will be here in 9 days and its still not here. the status says its still in transit - Tracking nr: LA ********** 81US and nothing further how can this still be in transit after so long??

so 2 packages sent with USPS has not reached its destination... this is unacceptable i want feed back on both these packages ASAP please. these are not cheap packages we sent so i want to sort it out ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
