Lost package
I received an email that a parcel I’ve been expecting has been delivered and signed for by me when I was out of an received no notification of a parcel that was due for delivery today. Who signed for the parcel? And why does it say it was me?

03 Dec 2022, 07:40I still haven’t received any assistance regarding my parcel. I’ve also noticed that I’m not the only one with the same problem yesterday. There were at least two other people who were told their parcels were delivered without receipt. Why is UPS so careless with our parcels? I will definitely start social media threads to warn people against this company and how ******** they are
