<p>UPS have a bunch of ***** working for the company that will make any excuse for why they are *********** and cannot complete their duties. I was never contacted by UPS about my parcel being held up by customs as they required more information, however UPS claims to have phoned me. Today upon phoning I gave them the relevant information over the phone. Checked the status of the parcel and this time they have noted the parcel is being held up due to incorrect information and they tried contacting me but the phone number is incorrect. I called them again and verified the number they have and it is correct, they are a bunch of ***** that cannot perform their duties. UPS we pay for a service and we expect it, not all your lies and stories. Fix you problems!</p>
