Late delivery

I ordered a package from overseas via priority shipping with UPS, i kept calling the call center and they gave me the run around, the package is over a week late and not once did anyone at UPS contact me to supply my details, I gave them my details and they can still not have the package delivered, this level of service is disgusting, save yourself time and money. Do not use this company.
