Lack of assistnce

I called UPS on Friday asking about my package I was told it would be delivered on Monday morning, around 09:30 on Monday I called asking when the driver would b here they said he came at 08:30 but no one called to advise me of this I stay in a building so how come I never got a call this the driver is down stairs waiting for me, this is ridiculous even a pizza delivery service calls when the driver is around, now I have to miss work all because I was never called by a driver for a package which I paid for.... I am super angry about this
