Kagiso from UPS, Horrible service

<p>I recieved a call from Kagiso regarding outstanding documentation required. Kagiso Magotsi did not have the curtosey to advise me what the call was about but stated she is from UPS and needs by email address. I explained to Kagiso the package I was recieving was a gift and therefore I dont have proof of payment but will gladly send the outstanding informaiton such as certified ID and proof of residence for delivery.</p> <p>When recieving a reponse from her she seemed lathargic and never offered me assistance but rather advised me that she still cannot advise when my package will be delivered as its procedure, I have sent an email on the 07th of May 2017 and havent recieved any notification from her or any real assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have read the reviews and I am not the only person who was dealt with Kagiso Magotsi who has the same view on the horrific service she delivers.</p>
