IS UPS SOUTH AFRICA A **** ?

I am still waiting for my package which was GUARANTEED to be delivered Mo 04/12. It cost me $59 (small fortune for me) to have the item shipped from the USA. I have phoned them every day, because their is zero communication / feedback from their side. They have made up different excuses about the reason for the hold up. 1st saying the UPS flight was delayed 3 days , then that there is no customs declaration form on the package. I import items regularly from the US and know for a fact that the item will never be cleared on that side, if their is no customs declaration form attached. For the life of me I can't understand how express services like DHL, FedEx and Aramex have absolutely no problem expediting items through customs, but UPS SA is completely incapable of doing this. Horribly frustrating experience dealing with them and one that will never be repeated.
