invoice to be changed

Shipment number: E7003E4FTW3<br> <br> I see from previous emails you are the team leader.<br> I need help here, we have received this invoice this morning to make payment. <br> The commodity code on the SAD500 needs to be changed to : 8526.90.00 (3)<br> I rep**** to Fikile (who sent us the invoice) to change the commodity code, which I could not do, I was told to call brokerage. <br> I was being transferred around brokerage and finally spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Silva. He said he would help change and get back to me. It is now 15:00pm and I am still waiting.<br> I called brokerage again and spoke to Chris who says he will give the message, but did not take down any of my details, so I really do not know how they going to know who called. <br>
