*********** Staff and bad service

UPS customs brokers are *********** and do not understand their systems. One would have thought that a courier company of size would have over the years dealt with numerous cases of delays from customs. Experience would equip them with knowledge on how to deal with customs to ensure the speedy service for their customers. This is in fact the opposite as they are confused! Documents they submit to customs are constantly being rejected by customs, words that as a customer I have never head from DHL who've handled tougher cases from me.
