UPS is totally *********** . I was put on hold for over an hour and forty-five minutes and eventually was so irritated is it has taken up most of my morning not to mention my time and no has assisted me this is not the first time that this has happened to me. I have struggled with them for over 10 months and non of my problems have been resolved. THE WORKMANSHIP THERE IS PATHETIC AND EXTREMELY USELESS. I suggest to use a different service provider as they are incapable to provide a service we pay for.

26 Apr 2018, 12:21The Manager got back you me and resolved my issue. He was very understanding and has taken it up with the people I have issues with. I am quite impressed with how he has assisted me and put me in the right direction to assist with all the unresolved issues.
