*********** or lack of Initiative?

Parcel sitting at ups for 10 days and they made no attempt to contact us. Tracking update only updated yesterday to show the last 10 days at Kempton Park! Contacted them and the excuse was that they could not get hold of us. Asked whether they actually tried, and the answer was that they work in an incoming department!!! How was I able to get hold of UPS? I googled them!!! Documentstion from supplier would have been attached but it would take a Person to read this!!!
