Incompetence bad attitude and distruction of property

<p>I'm I bought a electronic device on amazone <br />after I received the device i used it the very next day and was very disappointed in its performance.<br />I informed Amazone about my dissatisfaction ant they send me return instructions. Which i then followed .<br />I went to UPS in centurion to send it back to Amazone. I was met with a very competent mr Ndlozi that informed me that he has to inspect the parcel for dangerous goods like nicad battery's.<br />after he was satisfied about his findings and i paid the fair the parcel was on its way. A week goes by and I received a mail from a Y Motsai who informet me the the parcel should have nicad battery warning and safety certificate attached to the parcel. I the informed Motsai that the item does not contain any battery and their for does not need any of that<br />He the send me a nother email informing me that it needs ni cad warning stickers <br />I instucted Motsai to please return the parcel to centurion<br />on my collection of the parcel i could hear the item was lose in the box and not secured like i did after if was inspected in centurion.<br />i then inspected it with mr Ndlozi and it was not secured at all and was now damaged.<br />My experience with brown (ups) is so bad and wil not use them again</p>
