I’d be lying if I said this whole branch of UPS is deserving of 5 stars
I’d be lying if I said this whole branch of UPS is deserving of 5 stars. However the customer service I have received from one specific clerk has made all the difference and she personally took matters in to her own hands and made the process so streamlined that I forgot I had any complaints to begin with. If you ever get the chance to speak with Keobakile Modise then you are in safe hands.
