I would rather use DHL, then UPS!!!!!!!!!!!

They do not provide you with the correct link to pay nor track your parcel. They do not even provide you the courtesy of letting you know that your parcel has arrived or is sent out for delivery.

I am a pensioner and was forced to phone on multiple occasions to find out the amount i had to pay. They kept me on hold for ages and sent me the wrong information/link
