I would give zero stars if I could.

They requested a clearance payment and I paid it right away and sent them the PoP, twice. Since then no-one answers their email and they keep spamming me with smses and emails requesting an importer code. I am not an importer I'm just a regular person who ordered one item from an online company, and I have pointed that out repeatedly and asked for help to resolve this and they ignore me.
