I wish Amazon could get another logistics company to ship to South Africa, other than UPS

Ordered a little elf costume for my little one for a school play, early in November from Amazon. I’m still waiting… I have to follow up, as there is little to no communication from UPS and the last time I received an email from UPS was 23 Nov. Apparent package is still at ORTIA awaiting customs release, even though all fees were paid a month ago.
