If I could give 0 stars, I would. Parcel that was supposed to be an overnight fright, is a week later still not at my client. No one is able to answer where the parcel is, and when it will be arriving. In less than 10mins, you speak to 20 people, who all don't know what's going on, can't help you and forward you to another person. They hang up the phone on you, if they recognize your number won't even pick up the phone, you cannot speak to a manager or anyone in charge. I even paid extra for insurance and everything, absolutely nothing. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with on 4 continents.
