I Do Not recommend UPS for parcel service.

No star review, absolutely poor poor parcel service and customer service.

Iv been waiting 3 weeks to get clearance for a small parcel of my own used goods left behind last year on a visit.. the UPS whom is a parcel service should communicate with Itac not the customer. The delay after speaking to 5 plus different consultants at Ups has delayed my parcel and made the process a terrible experience..
