How can they win Awards when they cant assist

I have been trying for over a week to find my Shipment, every time I phone I get transferred to the wrong person, I have to phone in at least 6 to 8 times to get thru to the rite person, and still a week later I have no answers, today I phone again and I am on my 4th phone call to find the rite person.<br> <br> I have never uncounted a large company with such poor client back up support.<br> <br>
