Horrible UPS Services

UPS is the worst courier, it would have been easier and cheaper for me to fetch my parcel but instead, I have to check up on them like they are children and ask them what they need!!! I sent this parcel 2 weeks ago, it sat in Dubai for 5 days until I called to ask what the hell was going on, only then did they tell me "oh we need a form to be filled out for it to be released from customs". So exactly when were they planning on telling me that they need this form???? Then it sat in Kempton Park since Friday 5 June 2020 - I called yesterday and a guy named Collin helped me and was really nice, so far he has been the only helpful person I have spoken to at UPS. Other than that they expect their customers to do their jobs for them and to check up on them each time to make sure they have everything they need. Absolutely PATHETIC!!!!!
