Horrible Service - Never ever use them!!!!!!!!!!

My supplier decided to use UPS and I thought maybe let me try something new, this turned out to be my worst regret. I have a parcel that's been sitting in their warehouse with no urgency to deliver it or even contact me as to the reason why it's been delayed, I've been trying to call their call-center to find out what the reason may be but the phone just rings for ages with no one picking-up the phone. Based on other reviews i've seen, this seems to be a norm with this company and will not want to associate myself with their service ever again, next time I will be specific to my suppliers to never to ship my parcels via UPS.
