HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

I was promised by a manager called RISHAEL SINGH that once I pay my package will be delivered the next day! I’ve left several messages for him, sent email and he’s never bothered to respond or call. After paying I’m now told my package is in the ABANDONED CAGE and all I get is they’ve sent emails to request for retrieval, how was my package ABANDONED after a UPS manager RISHAEL SINGH promised to have my package delivered the next day???? This is so unprofessional and I have to always do follow ups
