Hidden ripoff costs ontop of hidden ripoff costs

I weigh and pay R400 for a piece of equipment to be sent to CHina for repair. Over the course of 3 days I get sent additional, then more additional paperwork. Cut to a few days later and they attempt another R2000+ debit order without notifying me and only after 3more days of their teams forwarding my complaint to 4 different departments does finance finally come back saying their Poland branch reweighed the package and thats what caused the charge automatically. Seems a small camera that fit into the palm of my hand apparently weighs 2kgs, bringing the cost up to about 30% of the value of the camera just in shipping. Absolute *********** ************.
