HELPFUL SERVICE FROM UPS KEMPTON PARK

My thanks to UPS, the counter and security staff in Kempton Park for the friendly and professional manner in which they processed my recent import of a harmonica from Germany. A special word of thanks also to the call center clerk with email address ***, for her assistance in having my harmonica handed to me on time. I was able to engage in a serious practice session with a colleague less than an hour after having received it; thanks to Andamane and her kind colleagues.
