Helpful Service

I use UPS for emergency deliveries and I must say that I get the kind of service that really helps me. The goods come in from German and the system just works. The Germans on the last shipment were not able to give me a tracking number, yet when I spoke to Claire, no problem, shipment found all sorted happy days!
