Good Service well done UPS

Praise for UPS Service I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from DHL. My package was held for over a week, and DHL claimed this delay was due to customs clearance. However, upon further inquiry, I was informed that certain procedures, which were DHL’s responsibility, had not been completed on time, leading to the unnecessary delay.

In contrast, UPS provided an excellent service during the same period, managing to clear similar procedures swiftly and ensuring timely delivery of my other packages. I commend UPS for their efficiency and reliability.

I hope DHL will take measures to improve their process in the future to avoid such inconveniences.
